Five senior .NET engineers. Nobody else.
Senior .NET expertise without the overhead of building an in-house team or the risk of a generalist agency.
Our Story
From solo consulting to focused agency
Code Majesty Tech started in 2017, when its founder began working as an independent .NET contractor — with enterprise clients from day one. The founder now has 11+ years of .NET experience across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. What started as solo consulting grew into a focused agency built around one principle: do .NET and do it exceptionally well.
- Incorporated as Code Majesty Tech LLC in 2023
- Team expanded to 5 senior developers in 2025
- Launched production-ready SaaS template with 23 built-in features in 2026
Our Values
What drives every decision
We don't have a mission statement poster on the wall. We have four principles that show up in how we work, what we build, and how we treat clients.
- Specialization over generalization — we do .NET, that's it. Depth beats breadth.
- Transparency over promises — public pricing, no lock-in, progress visible every two weeks.
- Judge us by what shipped — you pay by the hour or the sprint, but every sprint ends with something you can run: a feature, a fix, a migration step.
- Small by design — 5 people, senior engineers only. No account managers, no layers, no handoffs.

A small team of senior .NET specialists
We're a team of 5 senior .NET developers. Everyone on the team has deep experience across the full .NET ecosystem — backend, frontend, infrastructure, DevOps. No junior developers, no subcontracting. The migrations, benchmarks and tooling we write about are public on GitHub, so you can check the work instead of taking our word for it.
- identityserver4-to-duende-migration
- The public IdentityServer4 EF quickstart migrated to Duende IdentityServer 8 on .NET 10, with a timestamped log of every failure, a cutover plan and a test harness.
- dotnet-migration-benchmark
- A .NET 8 SaaS reference backend used as the fixed baseline for a reproducible .NET 8 → 10 migration benchmark: Copilot modernize-dotnet vs Claude Code.
- dotnet-performance-guide
- Runnable BenchmarkDotNet projects for ASP.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, Blazor and MassTransit, with Docker Compose and Testcontainers.
- dotnet-claude-template
- A spec-driven CLAUDE.md template and guardrail hooks for running Claude Code on .NET solutions: investigation gate, build gate, oscillation detector.
- dotnet-mcp-starter
- A minimal Roslyn MCP server: compiler-grade symbol search, references and diagnostics as tools for AI coding agents.
We ship our own products, too
ExpireNot is our own mobile app for tracking document expiry dates. It's built on the same SaaS template we use for client projects, it went from first commit to production in seven weeks, and it's live on the App Store and Google Play. How we built it →
